2024 EXHIBIT SPACE PRICES (All booths are 10’ x 10’ or multiples thereof.)
Inside booth $13.25/sq.ft.
Corner booth $14.00/sq.ft.
Corner and a single booth combo $13.25/sq ft.
4 or more booths $13.00/sq.ft.
*A Landscape Alberta member discount will be applied to the price per booth at a rate of $100 per 10 x 10.
Exhibit Space Booking Policy
Exhibitors are required to make a deposit equal to 50% of the total exhibit space price with the balance due on June 30, 2024.
Exhibitors booking space after July 1, 2024 are required to pay 100% of the booth price. The deposit is non-refundable if exhibit space is cancelled.

Services not included in your exhibit space fees: heavy material handling, table and chairs, banner hanging, booth carpet, additional electrical outlets, booth cleaning and special lighting. These services must be arranged through Goodkey Show Services.

Note: Westerner Park’s safety policy does not permit children under the age of 16 to be on the exhibit floor during move in or move out. Security personnel will direct parents to remove children from the exhibit hall during move in and move out.
Overnight and Daily Parking
Parking is free at Westerner Park for exhibitors and the general public. Overnight parking for large vehicles is permitted in the East Parking lot/exhibitor parking area ONLY; it is located behind the Prairie Pavilion. Overnight parking is not permitted in the Main Parking area. Vehicles parked in 'No Parking' zones will be ticketed and towed.
